Every year millions of people enjoy playing golf. However, every year millions of people also
stop playing golf. The number one reason people stop golfing is due to injury or pain while golfing that leads to the inability to play or an increase in his or her score. Golf injuries are commonly attributed to overuse, poor core stability, muscle tightness, decreased strength or endurance, and a faulty swing. The most common injuries that occur while golfing are wrist and low back pain, but our team is comprised of experts at treating all areas, including shoulders, knees, elbows, hips and ankles. Whether you play 1 round of golf each year or 1 round every day, our team of professionals will provide expert assessment and treatment of your golf swing and address any painful areas. Our team of golf experts, including physical therapists, physicians, coaches, course professionals, and athletic trainers, can help improve your overall golf experience. A physical therapist will analyze your swing and provide in-depth analysis of how to decrease pain, improve your flexibility and strength, and avoid future injuries. The NOH Golf Program is designed to allow you to play for as many years as possible and continue to enjoy the game of golf. We will work individually with each client to address his or her goals, biomechanical issues, swing pattern, and painful areas.
