Noh Selected As Best Place To Work In Healthcare

ecker's ASC Review/Becker's Hospital Review has selected Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. NOH was the only Nebraska hospital who made the list.

The 2010 list was developed through nominations, research and substantial review by Becker's Hospital Review. NOH, along with the other top hospitals on the list, were selected through the demonstration of excellence in a work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development and quality patient care.

“It is because of the commitment and dedication of our employees that we have received this recognition. Their high level of dedication to patient and customer satisfaction has made NOH not just a great place for patient care, but also an outstanding place to work,” states NOH Chief Executive Officer, Tom Macy.

“The chemistry among the employees and leadership is unlike most that you will find in other hospitals,” states Kathleen Kelley-Robinson, Human Resources Manager for NOH. “Every employee, physician and leader depends on each other for the care of the patient and the functioning of the hospital. This is also evidenced in the very low employee turnover that occurs at the hospital.”
